How much is shipping?
Shipping to mainland Spain costs €4.95 and is free from €49. To the Balearic Islands it costs €7.95 (free from €50), and to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla €12.95 (free from €60).
How long does delivery take?
Mainland Spain: 2-4 working days. Balearic Islands: 3-5 working days. Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: 5-8 working days. Times count from when we prepare the order and are approximate; in any case we deliver within 30 calendar days of purchase.
Do you ship outside Spain?
For now we ship only within Spain, including the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.
How can I pay?
By card or other methods shown on the secure Stripe payment page. We do not store your card details and cash on delivery is not available.
Can I return a product?
Yes. You have 14 calendar days from receiving your order to withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason. Products must be returned unused and in their original packaging, and packs cannot be split. Details are in the Terms of sale.
What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
Check the parcel when you receive it and tell us within 48 hours by writing to hola@cosmeticadecorea.com. Products carry the legal guarantee of conformity.
